Terms and Conditions
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
The following information is required to be disclosed under NSW Fair Trading Legislation to all participants based in New South Wales.
Is our liability excluded or limited?
Yes. Should the Event be cancelled or significantly altered due to circumstances beyond our control, PRGA’s liability is limited to the amount of the Fee. Unless required by law (including the Australian Consumer Law), PRGA will not be liable for any losses incurred by you as a result of cancellation or significant alteration of an Event, including any travel, accommodation and other expenses. Is PRGA entitled to use your personal information or image?
Yes, by participating in an Event, you grant PRGA and PCA the right to use your name, likeness, image and voice in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration in relation to the Event or for the purpose of promoting any of the PRGA or PCA’s events or products. For further information see clause 15 of these Terms.
Are you entitled to a refund?
PRGA’s discretionary cancellation policy applies. If you cancel your booking, PRGA may provide you with a refund if there are special circumstances that warrant a refund. Any written cancellation requests to PRGA will be considered by PRGA acting reasonably on a case-by-case basis. If your cancellation request is made 15 days or less before the Event, no refund of the Fee will be given.
PRGA will not provide any refunds in respect of the Fee paid for the Event, where you change your mind, there is a change in your personal circumstances, you do not attend the Event or there is inclement weather. For more information see clauses 13 and 14 of these Terms.
Is your personal information disclosed to third parties?
Yes. Your personal information is disclosed to third party service providers who assist PRGA in providing the services under these Terms, including PCA, Porsche AG and its related entities, service providers and business partners for the purpose of direct marketing about PRGA’s products and services and any other purposes set out in PRGA’s Privacy Policy. For further information see clause 16 of these Terms.
- The organiser of the Owner’s Experience: Ultimate Grand Slam Package – Australian Open 2026 (Event) is Porsche Retail Group Australia Pty Ltd (PRGA) trading as Porsche Centre Sydney South (PCSS).
- By completing and submitting the online registration form to participate in the Event, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (Terms) and acknowledge that you have read and understood them.
- Places for the Event are strictly limited. Full payment of applicable fees for the Event (Fee) and all requested information must be submitted at the time of registration to secure your booking.
- Participation in the Event is at the sole and absolute discretion of PRGA. PRGA reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel your participation in part, or all of the Event at any time, including if:
- you breach any of these Terms;
- any representation or warranty provided by you is, or becomes, untrue or inaccurate; or PRGA determines, in its absolute discretion, that you are unfit to participate in the Event for any reason, including health or safety concerns.
- A binding contract between you and PRGA for your participation in the Event in accordance with these Terms will arise as soon as PRGA:
- receives and accepts your completed registration form;
- receives full payment of the Fee; and
- sends you written confirmation of your booking.
- Guest details will be required by PRGA prior to the Event for ticket allocation purposes. A PRGA representative may contact you directly via your nominated email or mobile number to confirm the details of your guests (if any).
- You acknowledge, warrant and represent to PRGA that:
- you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms;
- only current owners of Porsche vehicles purchased from PCSS are eligible to participate in the Event;
- all details you provide in the registration form are true and correct;
- you will comply with all rules and directions in relation to the Event provided by PRGA or its personnel;
- you will comply with all applicable laws;
- you understand that children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times;
- you will not be under the influence of alcohol, illegal substances, or any medication that may impair your ability to safely participate in the Event; and
- you will immediately advise PRGA of any health condition that may affect your ability to safely attend or participate in the Event.
- All bookings are non-transferable unless approved in writing by PRGA.
- For participants who book the Ultimate Grand Slam Couples Retreat Package, PRGA will book:
- accommodation at the W Hotel Melbourne, in either a Fabulous Double Room, Cozy King Room or Wonderful King Room for two persons with breakfast, for two nights on Wednesday, 28 January and Thursday, 29 January 2026. Participants will be responsible for any additional charges incurred at the W Hotel Melbourne; and
- bus transfers between W Hotel and Rod Laver Arena on Thursday, 29 January 2026.
- All participants who make a valid booking for the Event will receive two Porsche Design Suitcases – Roadster Hard Case Business Trolley (one booking = two suitcases). PRGA will send the suitcases to participant’s nominated address prior to the Event.
- Other than where stated in these Terms or on PRGA’s website, you acknowledge that you will be responsible for all other costs associated with the Event (for you and your guest), including flights and other travel arrangements, additional meals or beverages (which are not expressly stated by PRGA in writing to be included), extra activities, spending money, travel insurance and all other ancillary costs or expenses.
- PRGA reserves the right to cancel, shorten, or alter the Event for any reason, including but not limited to venue restrictions, performer unavailability, safety concerns, or government regulations. If the Event is cancelled or rescheduled by PRGA, you will be offered a refund or the option to transfer to the rescheduled Event. PRGA’s liability is limited to the amount of the Fee. PRGA will have no liability to you for any failure to hold the Event, or the rescheduled Event, or any significant alteration of the Event. Unless otherwise required by law (including under the Australian Consumer Law), PRGA will not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses incurred by participants, including any travel, accommodation or other expenses.
- Subject to the Australian Consumer Law and any other applicable law, PRGA will not provide refunds in circumstances where:
- you change your mind;
- your personal or travel circumstances change;
- you fail to attend the Event or you only participate in part of the Event; or
- there is inclement weather or any other unforeseen conditions during the Event that prevents the Event from proceeding.
- Given the exclusive nature of the Event, please note PRGA’s discretionary cancellation policy applies. If you cancel your Booking, PRGA may provide you with a refund if there are special circumstances that warrant a refund.
Any written cancellation requests to PRGA will be considered by PRGA acting reasonably on a case-by-case basis. If you believe such special circumstances exist and you wish to cancel your Booking, you should contact PRGA immediately (Cancellation Request). If you make a Cancellation Request and PRGA decides (acting reasonably) to provide you with a refund, generally, your request will be handled as follows, irrespective of when the booking was made.
When a Cancellation Request is made:
- 90 days or more before the Event – PRGA will refund 95% of the Fee;
- Between 60 and 89 days before the Event – PRGA will refund 75% of the Fee;
- Between 31 and 59 days before the Event– PRGA will refund 50% of the Fee;
- Between 16 and 30 days before the Event –PRGA will refund 25% of the Fee; and
- Between 1 and 15 days before the Event – no refund of the Fee.
- Photographs and/or videos may be taken during the Event. You consent to PRGA and Porsche Cars Australia Pty Ltd (PCA) using your name, likeness, image, and/or voice (including photograph, film, or other recordings) in any media for promotional purposes, without remuneration for the purpose of promoting any of PRGA or PCA’s events and/or products. This may include use in printed materials, digital platforms, and social media.
- You consent to PRGA collecting, storing, handling and using my personal information to assess your registration form, contact you about the Event, and for the purpose of direct marketing about its products and services. PRGA may disclose your information to relevant third parties including PCA, Porsche AG (located in Germany) and our related entities, our service providers, our business partners, other event organisers and as required by law. If you do not provide the information, we may not be able to do those things. - These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
