Owner’s Experience: Ultimate Grand Slam Package – Australian Open 2026
 

1. The organiser of the Owner’s Experience: Ultimate Grand Slam Package – Australian Open 2026 (Event) is Porsche Retail Group Australia Pty Ltd (PRGA), trading as Porsche Centre Sydney South (PCSS).
2. By completing and submitting the online registration form to participate in the Event, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (Terms) and acknowledge that you have read and understood them.
3. Places for the Event are strictly limited. Full payment and all requested information must be submitted at the time of registration to secure your booking.
4. Participation in the Event is at the sole and absolute discretion of PRGA. PRGA reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel your participation in part or all of the Event at any time, including if:
   1. you breach any of these Terms;
   2. any representation or warranty provided by you is, or becomes, untrue or inaccurate; or
   3. PRGA determines, in its absolute discretion, that you are unfit to participate in the Event for any reason, including health or safety concerns.
5. A binding contract between you and PRGA for your participation in the Event in accordance with these Terms will arise as soon as PRGA:
   1. receives and accepts your completed registration form;
   2. receives full payment of all applicable Event fees; and
   3. sends you written confirmation of your booking.
6. You warrant and represent that:
   1. you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms;
   2. all details you provide are true and correct;
   3. you will comply with all Event instructions, venue rules, and applicable laws;
   4. you will not be under the influence of alcohol, illegal substances, or any medication that may impair your ability to safely participate; and
   5. you will immediately advise PRGA of any health condition that may affect your ability to safely attend or participate in the Event.
   6. PRGA reserves the right to cancel, shorten, or alter the Event for any reason, including but not limited to venue restrictions, performer unavailability, safety concerns, or government regulations. If the Event is cancelled or rescheduled by PRGA, you will be offered a refund or the option to transfer to the rescheduled Event. PRGA will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including travel or accommodation expenses. Unless otherwise required by law (including under the Australian Consumer Law), PRGA will not provide refunds for changes in personal circumstances, non-attendance, or inclement weather.
7. Subject to the Australian Consumer Law, PRGA will not provide refunds in circumstances where:
   1. you change your mind;
   2. your personal or travel circumstances change;
   3. you fail to attend the Event; or
   4. weather or other external factors impact the Event schedule.

   All bookings are non-transferable unless approved in writing by PRGA.

8. I agree that all my insurance arrangements are ultimately my responsibility.
9. Photographs and/or videos may be taken during the Event. You consent to PRGA and Porsche Cars Australia Pty Ltd (PCA) using your name, likeness, image, and/or voice (including photograph, film, or other recordings) in any media for promotional purposes, without remuneration. This may include use in printed materials, digital platforms, and social media.
10. I hereby consent to PRGA collecting, storing, handling, and using my personal information to assess applications, contact me about the Event, and for the purpose of direct marketing about its products and services. PRGA may disclose your information to relevant third parties including PCA, Porsche AG and related entities, service providers, business partners, other event organisers, and as required by law. By completing this registration, you accept and agree to comply with these Terms.
11. The Event will be held in accordance with the local State Government Covid-19 rules and regulations in place at the time of the Event. You agree to comply with any applicable rules and any reasonable directions issued by PRGA to ensure the safety of all participants.
12. These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
